Tour of contrasts Serban was the author of the Bucarest of contrasts program. We were smoothly moving in the history of city, following urbanistic and social changes through the ages, and listening to many very engaging personal stories of people of those times. Serban was talking with us like with cousins or friends, for us it was a partialy sentimental trip to times of youth and for our teenager a lot of food for thoughts. On a day before we did anothet trip to most popular touristic places, on that day we discovered less known parts of history of citizens of Bucarest. All was perfectly fitting together.

Great Bucharest overview and Romanian history tour This was a great way to learn a lot about Bucharest and Romania in general in a short period of time. The Contrasts tour covered the progression of history from kingdom to communism and beyond, and it showed how all of these changes are still visible in the city today. The guide had a lot of information and made us interested to learn more about Romanian history when we got home.

an alternative and beautiful way to discover Bucharest We had a great experience as a group of guys on a stag party. We could really see the passion of Serban and his colleague in the way they explained the history of Bucharest, spoke about the beautiful vintage cars, and showed how well the cars are maintained. The tour is a fantastic way to learn about the city’s history and get a real sense of the atmosphere during the communist era. The tour is definitely recommended — an alternative and beautiful way to discover Bucharest!

Exploring Bucharest’s Past in a Beautifully Restored Red Dacia We had a wonderful tour around Bucharest in a classic red Dacia. Our guide, Serban, provided a comprehensive and engaging overview of Romania’s history over the past 120 years, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. The Dacia itself was a true vintage gem—beautifully maintained and full of character—which added a special charm to the tour. Overall, it was a unique and memorable way to explore the city, and we would highly recommend it.
